Organizations
International Mothers and Mothering Network
The International Mothers and Mothering Network is a global consortium of over 80 motherhood organizations. IMMN's focus, in particular, is on progressive mothers groups - mothers from the global south, mothers in poverty, mothers who are activists, mothers with disabilities, welfare mothers, grandmother caregivers and others, who are vested in feminist perspectives on maternal well-being, health; including but not limited to, safety, freedom of expression, equal rights, benefits for families and caregivers and support for organizations that encourage a platform for continued pragmatic change-work.
Child Rights Information Netowrk
CRIN envisions a world in which every child enjoys all of the human rights promised by the United Nations, regional organisations, and national governments alike.
Commercial-Free Childhood
Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood (CCFC) is a national coalition of health care professionals, educators, advocacy groups, parents, and individuals who care about children. CCFC is the only national organization devoted to limiting the impact of commercial culture on children. CCFC’s mission is to reclaim childhood from corporate marketers.
